• AI-powered icon generation services
• Access to curated icon collections
• Download capabilities for generated and collection icons
• User account management and gallery features

3. Icon Usage Rights and Licenses

3.1 Generated Icons

All icons generated through our AI service are provided to you with the following rights:

• Commercial Use: You may use generated icons for commercial purposes
• No Attribution Required: You are not required to provide attribution when using generated icons
• Modification Rights: You may modify, adapt, and create derivative works from generated icons
• Distribution Rights: You may distribute icons as part of your projects, products, or services

3.2 Collection Icons

Icons from our curated collections are provided under the same generous license terms as generated icons, allowing for commercial use without attribution requirements.

4. Prohibited Uses and Restrictions

4.1 Icon Resale Restrictions

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Selling individual icons or collections of icons as standalone products
• Creating icon marketplaces or libraries using our icons
• Redistributing icons as digital assets for resale
• Packaging icons for sale as design resources or templates

4.2 Platform Competition

You may not use our Service, icons, or any derived content to create, develop, or operate a competing platform that offers similar icon generation, collection, or distribution services.

4.3 Technical Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Attempt to overwhelm our servers through excessive requests or automated tools
• Engage in any form of distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access our Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our algorithms
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls

5. Fair Use Policy

We expect all users to use our Service responsibly and in good faith. Fair use includes:

• Reasonable usage patterns that don't strain our infrastructure
• Generating icons for legitimate business or personal purposes

Account suspensions may be temporary or permanent, depending on the severity of the violation. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any suspension, though immediate termination may occur for severe violations or security threats.

7. User Accounts and Responsibilities

7.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

7.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use our Service.

8. Billing and Subscriptions

8.1 Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

10.2 Content Disclaimer

While we strive to provide high-quality icons, we do not warrant that generated content will be free from errors, suitable for all purposes, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wave Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wave Tech LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
